Return & Refund Policy
• Since all the products are checked properly and dispatched, we do not accept return requests unless the item is defective, if you receive an incorrect size, or if you receive the wrong product.
• If you are affected by any of the above-mentioned ones, you can claim your exchange or refund request through Mail / Whatsapp.
• Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:
1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
2. Tags should be intact
3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered
5. Unpacking video (without pause) is must for damage, partial and wrong product received.
6. Customer will have to send parcel back to us
• A comprehensive parcel opening video without pause or edit should be shared to claim any sort of issue; without opening the video, an exchange or refund can't be initiated.
• The reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchange order will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the same bank account / card / used for placing the order.
Cancellation / alteration of orders
No cancellation or any alteration/adjustments are not allowed once the orders is placed.
